To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unstitched Fabrics: Must be uncut, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and purchase receipts intact.
Pure Silk & Boski Items: Must be returned in their original luxury box packaging with security seals unopened.
Custom Tailoring & Stitched Outfits: Custom-tailored garments and bespoke waistcoats stitched to individual measurements are non-refundable, unless there is a stitching error on our end or a fabric defect upon arrival.
Sales & Promotions: Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events are final sale and eligible for exchange only in case of a defective item.

Exchanges: Once your parcel is received and inspected at our store, your replacement fabric or suit will be dispatched immediately.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Alternatively, you may opt for digital store credit valid for future purchases.
Shipping Charges: Return courier costs and original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item sent by Parcha Fabrics.
